Our Ingredients
Our Gelatos are made with the finest ingredients from Italy and locally sourced fruits and other natural ingredients. Not to be confused with Ice Cream, Gelato is made with less fat, sugar, and is slow churned for a creamier experience.
Our Process
Our ice cream is handcrafted in small batches, using traditional techniques and modern twists. We start by pasteurizing the milk and cream, then add our signature mix-ins and flavors. Each batch is churned slowly to create a smooth, creamy texture that melts in your mouth.
Our Shop
Our cozy shop is the perfect place right in the heart of White Bluff, TN. Just west of Nashville, so if you're in the area; please stop on by and see our Wonderful Town. Enjoy a scoop or two with friends and family, colleagues, team mates, or meet someone new.
We have a variety of indoor and outdoor seating, picnic tables, high-top bar seating, and six top tables for larger groups. You can savor the Gelato while soaking up the sun or enjoying the ambiance of our shop in the winter months enjoying a hot soup, sandwich, Belgian Waffles and Galore. We also offer take-home pints, quarts, Gelato Pops, Sandwiches, Cannoli, dipped fruits, and ice cream cakes for all occasions. Make sure to see our printed edible cake toppers!
Our goal is to make sure we've provided a selection and service that leaves you feeling content, either the creaminess and flavor of our Gelato, savory Soups and Sandwiches, or our many Desserts; how ever you're feeling hopefully this hits the spot.

Our sorbets are made with the best quality fruits, is all natural, and is dairy free and vegan. You won't believe it when you taste it. Using our Gelato machine from Italy, the ingredients make a creamy tasting/feeling treat with less guilt about this item

Need the gelato but not the sugar? We've got the solution, Sugar Free Gelato! Yes, it is possible. We have Cappuccino, Chocolate and Raspberry. You won't be able to tell the difference.

The perfect Panini Sandwiches, choose from Roast Beef w/ Au Jus, Honey Ham, or Shredded Chicken. We love Cheeses so we offer Pimento, Provolone, Swiss, and Pepper Jack. We have Giardinaeria baby greens, tomato, pesto, bacon ranch, Dijon & yellow mustard, and Mayo available to create the sandwich you're craving.
Cakes and Pies

We have a selection of Pies Baked in Shop, Cakes, Cheesecakes, and Cobblers, all these can be ordered a la mode, with our Gelato.
Our Gelato cakes are the best Ice Cream cakes, crafted by our Team. We do carry a selection of mini cakes and cakes in various shapes (Round, Heart, Sheet) and sizes. For custom orders please give us 3 days to ensure we have the flavors created.

Oh wow, this Grilled cheese takes Pimento, Provolone, and Pepper Jack (or your choice of 3 and makes magic happen. To make this sandwich even better couple it with a bowl of our Tomato Basil prepared in shop!
